Confidential one-on-one sessions with qualified mental health practitioners and supervised counsellors. Sessions focus on emotional wellbeing, coping strategies & trauma-informed support

Facilitated group spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can share experiences, build resilience, and receive support in a safe and respectful environment.
Crisis Emotional Support & Referrals

QueerWell is a South Africa–based non-profit organisation that provides free, confidential, and LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care and psychosocial support. Our purpose is to remove financial, social, and cultural barriers to mental health services for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Our services are available to LGBTQ+ individuals living in South Africa who are in need of emotional or mental health support. We prioritise people who face financial barriers, stigma, discrimination, or limited access to affirming mental health care.
Yes. All QueerWell mental health services are provided free of charge. Our work is supported through donations, grants, and partnerships.
